There are many good cassettes and compact disks in the market with pre-recorded mantras to help you with the correct pronunciation.
Many people prefer to write their affirmations and mantras again and again in notebooks for obtaining better results. Well it is totally up to you how you want to harness the power of these great tools. You may not get instant results with these techniques but the final outcome will be fully in your favor. Do not get disheartened, just practice, practice and practice.
Regularity and timeliness are two important factors that can affect the efficacy of the results of using these methods. One has to be very serious as regards observing the schedule for these activities and also insert them when you are not busy. This will bring forth total harmonization and balancing of the patient’s body, mind and spirit.
