<p>So let us see how we can practically use them…..</p>
<p>Affirmations:</p>
<p>It can be written on small pieces of paper and you can carry them with you throughout the day; trying to repeat the words therein internally to give a boost to your positive thinking process.</p>
<p>Tape-recorded affirmations can be heard whenever you have time to give more of food for thought to the mind. Even a few minutes of this activity can have miraculous results.</p>
<p>It is advisable to set aside some time in the morning and in the evening for mantra chanting. Mantras bring forth a perfect bonding and coordination between the body, mind and spirit. There are several healing mantras in scriptures available all over the world and there are many maestros who can guide you to the mantra that is the most suitable for you.</p>
<p>You may create the perfect ambience for your mantra and affirmation related work by burning incense sticks and lighting a few candles. This external setup may help better to go within.</p>
<p>Sit comfortably and chant the mantra with your eyes closed. This can be started with a few minutes, slowly extending up to an hour or so. It is better to work with only a single affirmation and a single mantra at a given instant. There are many good cassettes and compact disks in the market with pre-recorded mantras to help you with the correct pronunciation.</p>
<p>Many people prefer to write their affirmations and mantras again and again in notebooks for obtaining better results. Well it is totally up to you how you want to harness the power of these great tools. You may not get instant results with these techniques but the final outcome will be fully in your favor. Do not get disheartened, just practice, practice and practice.</p>
<p>Regularity and timeliness are two important factors that can affect the efficacy of the results of using these methods. One has to be very serious as regards observing the schedule for these activities and also insert them when you are not busy. This will bring forth total harmonization and balancing of the patient’s body, mind and spirit. You may be driven at times to stop practicing these techniques but you have to be steadfast as far as these remedies are concerned because every day’s practice gets cumulated in the end to produce the desired final outcome. Never compromise with your self-help schedule. You may slowly start noticing that you need lesser medication and you feel better, fresh, balanced and calm.</p>

<p>The body, mind and spirit can be struck by piercing arrows of anxiety illness due to no reason in particular or maybe due to some event in past while at work or at home.</p>
<p>Anxiety brings along a mix of varied symptoms that completely disturb the equilibrium of one’s body, mind and spirit. It is absolutely normal for patients to go for medication to control these disorders but the correct way is to go for drugless remedies that will have better and permanent effects. Mantras and affirmations can be used as powerful mechanisms to combat these monsters.</p>
<p>Mantras as well as affirmations are based on the concept of utilizing the power of the spoken word. They can be in any language that you feel comfortable with and they are to be repeated internally in your heart and mind.</p>
<p>The subconscious mind gets programmed with positive thoughts and gets trained to generate positive vibes with the repeated use of such methods. Both are somewhat related methods because they focus on internal repetition.</p>

<p>Today we are going to talk about <strong>Social Anxiety </strong>and especially in children<strong>. </strong> </p>
<p>As we said before, anxiety is a common disorder these days and it has affected most of the people around. Anxiety generally manifests in the form of perplexing situations, lack of harmony and stability in the body and mind, lack of focus, nausea, sudden gut feelings, shortness of breath, listlessness and a total chaos in one’s body and mind. Social anxiety is a variant of anxiety.</p>
<p><strong>Social anxiety symptoms</strong> may get triggered when one is in a group and there may be some occurrence due to which a sudden panic attack may result leading the sufferer through a lot of physical and mental trauma. In general the occurrences include:</p>
<p>-          Being made a laughing stalk by a group.</p>
<p>-           Persistent ridicule.</p>
<p>-           One’s not being as per the norms of a particular place.</p>
<p>-           Being surrounded by people who always mock at others.</p>
<p>-           Finding oneself different from others around.</p>
<p>-           Not being able to come up to the expectations of others.</p>
<p>-           Built-in phobias etc .</p>
<p> A sum total of a few symptoms out of these can be better defined as anxiety and depression disorders.</p>
<p>The people who are prone to such a disorder are sensitive people who receive and process the signals that come from their surroundings very fast. With the changing times<strong>, social anxiety is preying upon children as well</strong>. Children may find themselves going through periodic throngs of anxiety and this may even stunt their normal growth. This is indeed a very appalling situation. Today’s children are tomorrow’s parents and care must be taken not to let them get trapped in such problems. Administering tranquilizers and sedatives is not the correct approach for social anxiety disorder help, though it may become unavoidable at times. Numerous drugless remedies exist to help children cope with this disorder.</p>
<p>The greatest social anxiety disorder help children can receive is from their own parents and family members. The familial ties have to be utilized to the fullest to curb these occurrences.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, how do you do? We will talk about exercising in the morning in this post. You would be upset with this as to why I have suddenly started laying emphasis on exercises, have I gone nuts? No, in fact I have woken up and I want everybody to wake up from their slumber of modern day luxuries and admit the reality that we are not complete personalities in ourselves. Read what the great philosopher Plato said long ago:<br />
“Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it. “</p>
<p>We may be excellent intellectually, morally and spiritually but there are some inherent flaws that need to be removed from our daily routine well in time otherwise the day is not far when we will be receiving “Get well soon” cards and may be a ring of flowers and a cozy grave much before it has been destined. Sparing some time for your daily exercise routine is an excellent way to nurture yourself and bring back the natural rhythm of life in your body. The body, mind and spirit are interrelated on a cosmic level and if we fix the physical aspect that is the body, the remaining parts would slowly start coming back in order. One must remember that when one talks about health, the actual concern in this mundane realm is the physical fitness. Tangibility matters a lot to the human race and physical fitness is the tangible proof of being healthy.</p>
<p>The build and the size of biceps is not the concern here; I am talking about overall good health. The best way to do so is to have a daily schedule of waking up and doing some simple body movement exercises. Maybe you would love riding a bicycle and then going to a nice garden where you can do some other exercise. You may carry a few blocks or bottles filled with sand to give the required dose of exercise to your hands and the cycling activity will strengthen your legs. Joan Welsh said:” A man&#8217;s health can be judged by which he takes two at a time &#8211; pills or stairs. ” So where do you want to go; the gym or the hospital??</p>
<p>Over-exercising should be strictly avoided and the mad-race for six pack and multipack bodies for an outwardly sex appeal is not the concern here. It will surely bring along its own side effects. We have to ensure that our general health is good and we must make it a point to find some time for our regular exercise set. Regularity does help and the effects would be obvious after a few months of regular morning exercise. You would definitely fall in love with yourself. A fast and rhythmic exercise can be followed by Yoga postures to enhance the effect. The endeavor is not to convert you into a legendary Hercules but the reason in background is to have a daily overhauling of your physical machinery so that it works well. One must try to pay full attention towards the dietary requirements also as per height, weight, body-frame and age tables with the help of fitness experts to obtain the benefit.</p>
<p>Morning hours are the best for exercise because one is fresh after a nice slumber and the task can be done easily. It is rather cumbersome to do exercise after returning home from work in the evening. According to John Dryden:</p>
<p>Better to hunt in fields, for health unbought;<br />
than fee the doctor for a nauseous draught,<br />
the wise, for cure, on exercise depend;<br />
God never made his work for man to mend.</p>
<p>Exercise is a panacea for most of the ailments. It does not need any material to do. Jogging, swimming, tennis, football etc. can be employed easily as a routine exercise and the long lasting effects are that you are miles away from maladies. Sit for a while and notice the beautiful sensation all within your presence after and exercise. Do you like that zing? It will be there with you all day long and will help you do your work efficiently and anxiety will find no place in your life. Just welcome morning exercises as a routine in your life and notice the difference.</p>
