Healthy and nutritious food will keep the patient light and energetic. It will fill him with natural energy leaving him invigorated. A well balanced diet along with plenty of water intake is quite successful in treating panic attacks naturally.
Avoid certain kinds of foods like caffeine, carbohydrate rich diet, sugary diet or foods with high glycemic index. Fatty food should also be avoided at all costs. Fats induce lethargy and build tension in the body system. It also makes immune system weak.

Is to start with some form of exercise. A good work out tires the body and tired body sleeps well at night.
