Anxious and depressed people can be easily spotted. There may be various reasons behind these occurrences of mental and emotional states of not being so well.

The body, mind and spirit can be struck by piercing arrows of anxiety illness due to no reason in particular or maybe due to some event in past while at work or at home.

Anxiety brings along a mix of varied symptoms that completely disturb the equilibrium of one’s body, mind and spirit. It is absolutely normal for patients to go for medication to control these disorders but the correct way is to go for drugless remedies that will have better and permanent effects. Mantras and affirmations can be used as powerful mechanisms to combat these monsters.

Mantras as well as affirmations are based on the concept of utilizing the power of the spoken word. They can be in any language that you feel comfortable with and they are to be repeated internally in your heart and mind.

The subconscious mind gets programmed with positive thoughts and gets trained to generate positive vibes with the repeated use of such methods. Both are somewhat related methods because they focus on internal repetition.

Mantras are based on the science of sacred sounds while affirmations are written in the form of something that we have already received with only positive connotations in their overall structure. These methods have the potential to cure anxiety attacks.

These are simple methods that any one can do, but they really need some effort from you to keep on doing them as they can take time for some people. But the results are great.
